Tailored membership solutions
Subscription collections
We collect dues, donations, subscriptions, loans, insurance products and any other products our clients wish to offer their members. Each member on the database is given a unique debtors account, capable of storing multiple ledgers for each of the products the member has accepted from the membership organisation or association.
Automated communications
Your SMS and email correspondence to clients, service providers and other stakeholders can be automated based on client specification. Through the strategic configuration and application of what is known as a trigger, submission of the relevant correspondence automatically executes when a pre-defined event occurs. An example of this could be an automated SMS to a client on an unpaid premium or a notification to an assessor when appointed on a claim.
Easy data import
Import contacts in spreadsheet format and with any number of rows and columns. Synergy Army will automatically create the contacts with all data provided. You decide how to deal with duplicates. Export your data into a custom structure that you define with the help of an intuitive user interface. No technical personnel needed.
Standard and custom reporting
Synergy Army will create pre-defined and on-the-fly reports available at any time, in the format that you need them. Reports range from high level “dashboard” views to every level of detail required to manage, track and forecast the growth of your members. In addition to providing comprehensive reporting on collections and rejections, the system also reports on new members and terminating members. All analytics are created in real time, so you can take decisions in a timely manner.
Membership finances
Manage all invoicing for membership fees, event fees and any other items you sell to members. Automation of recurring billing takes the load off your shoulders. Create membership levels with different monthly or yearly membership fees. Invoices will be sent automatically and if not paid, will be automatically reminded and eventually membership terminated. The debtors system allows for quotes, invoices, statements, payments and credit notes.
